Before I begin….holy crap. My mouth hurts. I had a crown put on a tooth in January for a cracked up, jacked up tooth in back. Did NOT have a root canal. But I have had pain since. And lots of it. Mostly after chewing on it, cold and hot liquids being on it for an extended amount of time. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on, to be honest. I don’t know if I’m going to have to end up going back to the dentist for a root canal after all…or if what’s really bothering my tooth is the fact that I clench and grind my teeth at night. I do not know, but I’m so tired of this pain… BUT the MONEY. Oh, the money….Sigh…..OMG I’M GOING TO DIE IF THIS TOOTH DOES NOT STOP THROBBING YESTERDAY.

Everyone I know lately is tracking their eating habits online. Some are one FitDay, which I used to use, but now that I subsribe to Self Magazine, I use their diet tracking tool Self Diet Club. I have used it now off and on for a few years, but just in the last month, started getting back to it.
And….I eat too many carbs. But today, I actually almost hit my daily goals perfectly. But it was A LOT of work today to try not to eat so many. Do you know how hard that is??? Too hard. But I’m keeping on because I had been averaging as high as 60% with my carbs. Ouch! It was hard to look at my daily eating habits….

Ok, back to my tooth. I can barely even type. Seriously. It hurts so freaking bad. Called and left a message at the dentist. I hope the nerve/pulp whatever isn’t infected. I don’t want a root canal…Or maybe I DO. To get rid of this PAIN. Off to go act like a baby and take a Motrin 800….
